How we make money

Ovelion Decor may earn a commission when you buy through links on this site. That never changes which pieces we list, the order we list them in, or the prices we show, which are copied from the seller's own page on the date shown.

Product links

Every “View at” button and shopping-bag icon on this site goes through a redirect at oveliondecor.com/go/… before reaching the seller. That lets us count clicks and, where we have an approved affiliate agreement with that seller, add their tracking so we may earn a commission if you buy. It never changes the price you pay.

Some links may not earn us anything. We list pieces we think are worth your attention whether or not they pay us, and we don’t accept payment for placement, ranking or coverage.

Pieces sold by us

Right now every piece is sold by its maker or retailer. In future, some pieces may carry a “Buy from us” panel instead. Those are order requests: we confirm the final price, delivery and supplier with you by email before any payment, and the piece ships directly from the supplier. We earn a margin on those sales.

Prices and details

Prices, materials and dimensions are copied by hand from each seller’s own product page and marked with the date we checked. Sellers change prices, run promotions and discontinue pieces; their page is always the final word.

Illustrations

The drawings of chairs and benches on this site are our own illustrations of each piece’s general form and wood. They are not photographs and not exact likenesses. We don’t copy or hotlink makers’ photographs.

Commissions and designer requests

If you send a commission brief or a designer consultation request, we may in future be paid by a maker or designer you choose to work with. We will always tell you who a maker or designer is and get your agreement before sharing your details. Designers listed in our directory approve their own profiles.
